can you share some authentic italian dessert recipes with me?

i’m looking for something rare and exotic (please no cream puffs, tiramisu, etc)

I have friends from Foggia, and whenever I visit them dessert is never really a big thing. There are so many lovely savory dishes on offer we normally don’t care much for dessert. It’s either just a small cup of homemade gelato or a few of them beautiful shop bought cakes you find every where in Italy.
I’ve only ever been to Southern Italy so I don’t know if it’s different in other places!
