Need a recipe idea for something ordinary?

I got a loaf of french bread free with my meal yesterday.
We didn’t eat it and I want to do something unique with it for a dinner idea.
I don’t have mozzarella cheese so pizza is out, and I don’t have milk so bread pudding is out.
I want to do somehting different than garlic bread or bread with butter.

I have quite a bit of other ingredients.
