Need help marinating salmon?
I am grilling salmon for the first time. I’ve looked up random marinating options, so I basically took two ideas and made them into one. Here it is;
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of brown sugar
2 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of melted butter
threw in a little garlic cloves, a little Italian salad dressing, and a little orange juice, then sprinkled basil and thyme and added a tad of water. Its marinating in it and then I’m grilling and going to rub a little on it while its grilling. I don’t know how this will taste, way better than the last time I cooked salmon with nothing on it, lol. But anyways, how does it sound and also can someone give me some marinating salmon recipes for grilling.
Less is more. The think you were doing great until the Italian Dressing was included.
Either Italian Salad Dressing by itself or all the other ingredients (you really do not need the butter either).
