Why do are some turkish dishes labeled as lebanese food?

I was going through this cook book the other day and i noticed that all the recipes that were in the book were labeled as lebanese dishes! But most of the recipes in the book are 100% original turkish food, even the way they called the food were in turkish words. Just one example is, ”shish borek” its totally a turkish dish even the word itself is turkish, which means some kind of a puffed dough.

It is called wishful thinking. If it was also taken away from them, what would be left for them to talk about? They live in the realm of dreams after all.

Edit: It is Turkish and that’s why it has a Turkish name. If it was Lebanese, you would have a different name, which would be in Arabic perhaps, for it.
