Side Dish Ideas?
I am making stuffed shells and salad for dinner tomorrow night, they are very filling, so I thought to have something to go with it would be nice. Give people a choice if you know what I mean. So I thought about Bruchetta, but that would be 2 tomato based things, might be over kill. The shells are going to be chicken, cheese stuffed (actually a good recipe and I will post it later from home) a very italian dish.
What would you suggest to go with this and the salad and garlic bread?
How about an hors d’oeuvres or appetizer such as stuffed mushrooms. Its light and not really filling or you can get some portabella mushrooms and cut them into slices and saute them in some garlic and butter. You already have pasta and bread you need something light to go with it. I am a chef of 10 plus years. I went to school for culinary arts. Any other questions just ask..
