Where can I find recipes online for Tartufo (an Italian ice cream dessert)?
This is a favorite ice cream dessert that an Italian friend served me several times a long time ago. I have not been able to find it anywhere since.
Has anyone heard of this delicious dessert or tried it themselves?
We fell in love with tartufo at our favorite local Italian restaurant (where, by the way most of the pasta is homemade by Louisa). We searched and finally found this dessert on-line at Pfaelzer Brothers. The tartufo also goes by the name of Italian Ice Cream Truffles. You can find them at
