Recipes Italian Bread Sticks

What could I make for dinner tonight? (Please include recipe or how to make it, if you can)?
I have a friend coming over for dinner & he won’t tell me what he wants for dinner. He wants me to surprise him. So I’m stuck. I really want to impress him. I just went to the grocery store so I’m sure I have everything necessary to make at least one dish. I’m going to list the stuff that I have…
-chicken breast
-ground beef
-sweet italian sausage
-onion
-rice (parboiled & medium grain)
-goya discs (like a circular puff pastry)
-cucumber
-fresh green beans
-things for a salad
-milk
-flour
-oil
-sour cream
-bread crumbs
-frozen veggies (a few different kinds)
I probably have a few more things on hand. I also have every spice & condiment known to man lol. Anybody have any recipes that would really impress this guy? Thanks in advance.
LEMON-HONEY CHICKEN BREASTS

1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. boiling water
1 tsp. Everglades seasoning
Wash chicken breasts and pat dry. Place bone side down in a square Pyrex baking dish and sprinkle Everglades seasoning on top.
Add boiling water to honey, and stir well. Then add lemon juice and melted butter. Spoon over chicken breasts and cover baking dish lightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 325 degrees until just done. Remove aluminum foil and baste the chicken and continue cooking and basting until browned. Serve chicken and sauce with wild rice.
Hope this helps.
