Kids Recipes French Toast

what is a really good recipe for french toast for kids or what is a website?
This kinda weird but very tasty. I got bored at work one morning and came up with it.
6 pieces Texas toast
8 eggs
1 1/2 tblspn vanilla extract
2 tblspn sugar
1 tspn cinnamon
1/2 cup cream
1 cup chocolate chips
Using a small round (1 1/2 inch) cookie cutter, cut out the center of the bread. Mix together all but the chocolate chips. Quickly dip both sides of 2 piece of toast into egg mix and place in the waiting hot pan. Spoon 1 1/2 tblspn of egg mix into the whole in the bread. Fill with chocolate chips. Let the toast cook fully on one side and carefully flip as not to spill the egg filling. Finish cooking and top with favorite syrup.
The chip and egg mixture in the toast makes a chocolate “custard”, and when cut into makes a gooey treat.
