Peach Panini?

I was watching an episode of “Everyday Italian” with Giada de Laurentis, and she made this sandwich with PEACH on it. I think it was also on ciabatta bread and she used a panini press. I can’t remember the episode, nor the name of the recipe. I tried going online to Food Network, but I can’t find it. If anyone can tell me the episode, or give me a link to where I can find this recipe that would be great!
