Haifa Hotels

Haifa is the third largest city in Israel with mixed population of Arabs and Jews. The Bahá’í World Centre which is a World Heritage site declared by UNESCO is located in Haifa. The city is built on Mount Carmel and it has rich history starting from Biblical times. Various settlements were established in Haifa when different empires ruled the city. After the formation of State of Israel in 1948, Haifa municipality rules the city. It is a popular sea port on the Mediterranean coastline and a major regional center in Northern Israel. This city has been an attraction for pilgrims and tourists. There are praying sites as well as partying sites in Haifa, the perfect mix that any family will be looking forward to.

 

The Haifa city is formed in three tiers. The lowest tier is the center for commercial industries. The middle tier belongs to the older neighborhoods that were resident in Haifa. The upper tier is home for all modern neighborhoods looking over the lower tiers. Many Haifa hotels are located on the upper tier to provide you a complete breathtaking view of the entire city of Haifa. From the top level, you can view the entire western Galilee region upto Lebanese border. The city is also a host for a huge number of Mediterranean beaches.
